Education is a fundamental driver of personal, national and global development. Since the beginning of the century, recognition of this has driven many countries to pursue the Millennium Development Goal of achieving universal education. This has contributed to considerable progress in expanding educational opportunities and attainment worldwide. But there is much more to be done especially in Africa countries. Education is perceived as part of the solution to rebuilding the African and it is the key to a country’s competitiveness in a global economy. The African population is growing rapidly and there is a need, with most parents desiring their children to be educated in good schools with high quality of teaching and discipline.
